Western Canada Lottery Corporation announced Wednesday that a Leduc, Alberta man won more than three-quarter-of-a-million dollars on the Vault Breaker jackpot prize.
Joshua Dykstra hit the grand jackpot while visiting The Branded Tavern in Coderre on June 10. Coderre is an hour southwest of Moose Jaw.
Dykstra says once reality set in, “we partied for a few hours.”
He says he already has plans for the $787,250 which includes a new car, helping his grandparents, putting some of it to his education and to collect some higher value sports cards.
Vault Breaker is a wide-area progressive that links 4,200 VLTs located in approximately 570 sites in 270 communities across the province.
