The Prince Albert Police Service have identified the 41-year-old man who passed away on Thursday at a residence following the completion of an autopsy Friday.

Joseph Sayese was located deceased when officers responded to a call from an apartment building in the 200 block of 10th Street East just before 11 o’clock Thursday morning. At first, the investigation was treated as a suspicious death. which became a homicide investigation following the autopsy. Investigators with the Criminal Investigation Division and Forensic Identification Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of 10th Street East and continue to investigate.
