All flags will fly at half-mast at all City of Saskatoon facilities Thursday to mark the National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism.  Flags throughout Canada are flown at half-mast on June 23rd every year as the National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism, the anniversary date of the Air India Flight 182 bombing that occurred off the coast of Ireland. Flags flown at half-mast on June 23rd not only the victims of the Air India Flight 182 bombing, but for other acts of terrorist violence that have taken the lives of Canadians.
