Regina Police are looking for tips from the public in a violent assault investigation. Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of 14th Avenue just before 5 Wednesday morning, and found a 36 year old man with injuries described as consistent with a violent assault with a weapon. He remains in hospital with serious injuries, so investigators haven’t been able to talk to him.

In the interim, they are gathering any information or physical evidence which may help to solve this crime. Anyone who might know something is asked to contact the Regina Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
