An 18 year old Regina man has died in collision on Highway 18 east of Bienfait. Estevan RCMP say around 9:40 this morning (Tues), officers responded to a collision between a car and a semi. The 18 year old was driving the car and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi reported minor injuries. Estevan RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
