Regina Police say a 50 year old man has been charged after a woman reported that she thought she’d been drugged.

A 29 year old woman contacted police to report a sexual assault after going to the home of a Regina man on June 11th.

She told police the two had drinks and she suspected the man had tampered with her drink and left. The police investigation has now led to charges.

Jason Scott Kotyk of Regina is charged with Administer Noxious Substance with Intent, Overcome Resistance by Administering/Attempting to Administer Drug and Sexual Assault.
