Steven A. McEwen, 37-years-old at the time of his arrest in May 2020, has been sentenced to four years in jail, to be served concurrently, on child porn charges.

He was, at the time of his arrest, charged with Possession of Child Pornography as well as Make Available Child Pornography.

The investigation into the Saskatoon man began in December 2019 when the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit was alerted to a person sharing child pornography using a popular social media chat application.

Through the course of the investigation, two cellular phones, two laptops, two external hard drives and a cloud account were seized.
