The 2022 Canada Summer Games continue today and run until Sunday, August 21st in Ontario’s Niagara region. Saskatchewan has a full team compliment of 488 participants. The breakdown is 377 athletes and 86 coaches for the 18 sports, plus 25 mission staff coming from 70 different communities in the province. Week 1 sports will be baseball, basketball, beach volleyball, women’s box lacrosse, mountain cycling, rugby sevens, men’s soccer, women’s softball, swimming, tennis, triathlon and wrestling.
