Charges have been upgraded after a man, stabbed in a June attack, died.
A 39 year old man, initially charged with Attempted Murder, after an assault at Royal University Hospital, is now charged with Second Degree Murder.
This past weekend the victim, a 55-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries. This is Saskatoon’s seventh homicide of 2022.
The 39-year-old remains in custody and will be in court this afternoon.
