The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating at least three incidents where bear spray was deployed in and around the Saskatoon Ex, with the most recent happening Saturday night in the crowd at the Trooper concert. A witness told the CJWW newsroom, it happened about five songs in and emergency crews responded quickly. The Saskatoon Police Service says officers were on-duty at the site and responded.

Numerous people suffered minor injuries, consistent with the effects of bear spray and were treated at the scene by paramedics. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to contact the police or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
