Opposition Finance Critic Trent Wotherspoon says the provincial government needs to address the cost-of-living crisis and take some pressure off families, farms and business.
“Even though government coffers are overflowing with resource revenues, the government continues to make a bad situation worse by hiking taxes, utilities and fees,” Wotherspoon said.
While the inflation rate in eight provinces showed a very small decline in July, Saskatchewan held steady at 8.1 per cent.
