The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating a shooting which occurred over the supper hour in the 200 block of Avenue G South Tuesday.

Officers were called to the Riversdale neighbourhood around 5:30 p.m. after receiving a report that a woman had been shot.

A 32 year old woman was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

At this time there are no suspects in the case and the Serious Assault Unit is asking anyone with information to contact the Saskatoon Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
