President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has posted on social media that since October 10th, 30 per cent of Ukraine’s power stations have been destroyed by Russia, causing massive blackouts across the country. He suggests Russia’s missiles are aimed where they are to deprive people of water, electricity and heat as winter begins.
Ukraine’s Defence Department has posted that between October 7th and 18th, Russia carried out more than 190 strikes with missiles and kamikaze drones in 16 regions of the country, with more than 70 deaths and over 240 injured.
