Humboldt RCMP are investigating a fatal accident. On Monday afternoon just before 4, the RCMP were alerted about a collision on Grid Road 777 near Pilger. The initial investigation has determined two pickup trucks collided – one heading eastbound and the other westbound.

A 73-year-old man driving one of the trucks was declared dead by EMS at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other truck were transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries. Humboldt RCMP, with assistance from a collision reconstructionist continue to investigate.
