The Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan Unit says a motorist’s driver’s license was suspended after they got pulled over for using a cell phone while driving.
It was a pick-up truck pulling a flat-bed-trailer with two SUV’s on top.
But distracted driving wasn’t the only infraction.
Police say one vehicle was not strapped down at all, there was no plate on the trailer and there was a full-size tire with rim laying loose on the trailer deck.
