A 33-year-old Saskatoon woman was arrested last Thursday on an outstanding warrant.

Jannay Blackbird was wanted by the Saskatoon Police Service for breaching court-ordered release conditions. These conditions are related to a first-degree murder charge laid after the investigation into the May 2020 death of Damian Moosomin.

Blackbird was arrested without incident leaving a residence on Diefenbaker Drive. She appeared in court last Friday.
