Saskatoon Police are advising motorist to stay away from the section of 33rd Street East between Warman Road and Ontario Avenue.
The roadway is expected to remain closed for several hours—including the even rush hour.

The Saskatoon Police Service is currently at the scene of an accident on 33rd Street East between Warman Road and Ontario Avenue.
The collision occurred around 8:00 a.m. this morning, when a large truck collided with power infrastructure.
Pedestrian and vehicular traffic is being heavily restricted in both directions on 33rd Street East between Warman Road and Ontario Avenue.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area. A timeline for reopening of the roadway is unavailable at this time
Because of the accident, power is out from Memorial Avenue to Ontario Avenue and 33rd Street East to 38th Street East in Saskatoon’s Kelsey-Woodlawn neighbourhood.
