Just before 6 p.m. Wednesday the Saskatchewan RCMP issued a notice indicating that service had been restored

About six hours earlier the Saskatchewan RCMP said their detachments were experiencing issues with telephone service.

911 service was not impacted.

However, when a person called into an RCMP Detachment phone number, they may not have heard a response, even if the phone is seemingly answered. The line could have also disconnected.

In an emergency, call 911. In a non-emergency call 310 RCMP.
