The Saskatoon Extreme Cold Weather Emergency Response has been activited at Level II, according to a Twitter post from the Saskatoon Emergency Management Organization. That is initiated when the forecast is -30 or colder for two days or more. Among them, are CUMFI, the Lighthouse, Prairie Harm Reduction and the Saskatoon Public Libraries.
