Premier Scott Moe is the second highest ranked premier in the country according to the Angus Reid Institute. He has an approval rating of 56 percent. The premier of Quebec is ahead, only marginally, at 57 per cent. Angus Reid points out that Moe is no stranger to high approval ratings. His lowest rating was 43 per cent and his highest was 65. Manitoba’s premier, Heather Stefanson, sits at the bottom of the ratings with only a 26 percent approval rating.
