Saskatchewan Polytechnic has added a new career opportunity to its education list.
Sask Polytech’s School of Business is launching a new sport management specialty for the Business diploma program.
Stephen Kirzinger, program head for the new specialty, says, “For sport organizations of all sizes, generating revenue is critical to their success and is also a significant challenge. This program and its graduates will help these organizations generate revenue that will support their missions and goals and ultimately grow the sport industry in Saskatchewan.”
Business diploma students beginning in January will be eligible to apply for the sport management specialty next fall.
Those who have completed the first year of the diploma and those who have completed the Business certificate program are also eligible to begin next fall.
