This afternoon (Sunday), Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan is launching its new lighting designs for the winter season. The lighting event begins at 4 p.m. with free hot dogs and hot chocolate.

There will be children’s activities with Nutrien Wonderhub and students from Ecole Henry Kelsey will sing. Then the 25th Street Carollers will perform.

After a quick ceremony, the lights will be launched at 5:10 p.m., and they will be accompanied by music for one night only. The box office will be open with merchandise and gift certificates for sale.
