A former CEO of the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association has passed away. Laurent Mougeot held the post for 12 years before retiring in 2017. SUMA president and Yorkton City Councillor Randy Goulden says he led the organization with passion. She says he was always available to help residents and he was a champion for municipalities. Among his achievements was getting 75% of one point of the PST revenue from the province as a predictable income source.
