The Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety reports that a 19 year old man on remand at the Regina Correctional Centre died early this morning (Fri). He was found unresponsive in his cell, and Corrections staff initiated live saving measures. EMS declared him dead at 3:55 this morning. RCMP and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating and the Ministry is conducting an internal investigation. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
