The Saskatoon Blades will have a record attendance to announce on March 19 when they host Connor Bedard and the Regina Pats.
The Blades announced Wednesday that they have sold more than 12,600 ducats for the Sunday contest. The previous record attendance for a Saskatoon home game was 12,588, for a February 9, 2013 contest against Lethbridge on the 25th anniversary of SaskTel Centre (pictured). In addition, having qualified for the W-H-L playoffs, the Blades have begun selling a $99.00 playoff package, good for all home games that Saskatoon plays in the post-season.
