Larry Grant, reeve for the Rural Municipality of Val Marie spoke at the cabinet bearpit session at the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) annual convention in Saskatoon on Wednesday morning.

The first response came from Environment Minister Dana Skoropad.
The environment minister completed his response to Grant’s question.
Premier Scott Moe provided some additional information—saying SARM President Ray Orb will be involved in future discussions.
