The Ministry of Highways is reminding truckers and shippers to check the height and dimensions of their load to determine a route to safely transport their goods.
This after an air seeder got stuck for the better part of 24 hours under a highway sign on Main Street North in Moose Jaw.
The Ministry says the road was closed, traffic was detoured, and two cranes were brought in to safely take down the structure on Wednesday.
The road has now been cleared and re-opened.
The cost of repairs is the responsibility of the operator the vehicle transporting the load which the Ministry says is typically covered through insurance.
There is no timeline as yet for the replacement of the overhead sign.
