Cara Rae Weeseekase has been located safe. 

Battlefords RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding 44-year-old Cara Rae Weeseekase who also goes by Cara Bear and Marcella Iron. She was reported missing to police Thursday.

Cara was last seen at the Beaver Hotel in North Battleford on February 22 at approximately 6:30 p.m. She had left on foot with the intention of going to the casino. RCMP say their investigation has determined she never made it to her destination. The casino is approximately 3 kilometres from the hotel along Railway Avenue East.

Cara is described as a 5’6″ tall female, weighing approximately 135 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Cara is known to frequent the Meadow Lake area and may also have connections to the Loon Lake area.
