The Melfort RCMP have located the man who they believe was involved with a robbery at a gas station on March 31st.
Yesterday, police say 25-year-old Blaze Romeo Rynelle Ahpay was located at a residence in Melfort and taken into custody. Ahpay is facing three charges, which are robbery with offensive weapon, disguised with intent to commit offence, and possession of a weapon for the purpose of committing an offence. He made his first court appearance today in Melfort Provincial Court. The Melfort RCMP say they thank the public for their assistance with providing information to police which lead to a safe arrest.
