The Prince Albert Service’s Crime Reduction Team located a 22-year-old man on Wednesday, April 5th in the area around 9th Avenue and 15th Street West.

Richard Budd was taken into custody following a short foot pursuit. Upon further investigation, police report finding a loaded, sawed-off shotgun nearby.

Budd is facing numerous firearms-related charges as well as resisting a peace officer.
