Dunnigan Holdings Ltd has pleaded guilty in Estevan Provincial Court and has been fined after an accident on June 6th of 2021 near Alida, where a worker suffered serious injuries when they fell onto a septic tank. The company was fined $35,000 in total for failing to ensure that only trained operators operate powered mobile equipment, resulting in the serious injury of a worker.
