Regina Police say they have charged a 27-year-old man with Attempted Murder in connection to an incident earlier this month.

Shortly before 3:00 a.m. on April 2, 2023, police were called to the area of 11th Avenue and Quebec Street where EMS were on scene with a man who had been shot.

The victim told officers he was in the residence nearby on the 1700 Block of Quebec St., when a group of three males entered the home and assaulted and shot him. The male victim was treated at hospital for his injuries.

An arrest was made on Sunday and Zachary Tomlin appeared in court on Monday on a charge of Attempted Murder.
