The Skills Canada Saskatchewan annual competition was held today (Fri) at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Idylwyld campus in Saskatoon. A news release from the province explains that competition categories range from technical skills like computer animation, robotics and photography, to skilled trades such as carpentry, machining, cooking and hairstyling. Those that win top spot in their category will be competing at the Skills Canada National competition coming up in May in Winnipeg.
