Over the noon hour on Tuesday, Outlook RCMP received a report of a cube van driving erratically on Highway 219, and then while en-route, another report came in of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Highways 219 and 15 involving a cube van and a truck. A 47-year-old man from Saskatoon who was driving the cube van was pronounced dead at the scene and the man driving the truck was transported to hospital for treatment of his injuries. The RCMP investigation continues.
