An 11 year old missing since Friday has been located safe.  He’d last been seen at a rural property near Readlyn around 5 p.m. on Friday.  Effort to locate him went through the night with searches continuing 2 miles west of the 36 Highway and 8 miles south of Crane Valley.

Saskatchewan RCMP Police Dog Services and Search and Rescue Teams including Search and Rescue Saskatchewan Association of Volunteers (SARSAV). CASARA was called off yesterday and fortunately the Saskatchewan RCMP announced shortly after 6:30 Saturday evening that Devin Thompson had been located safe.

The RCMP said at that time they did not have information about his condition but he would be assessed by medical personnel on scene.  No further details will be made available.
