On Saturday Saskatoon police were called to a business to respond to a report of a man suffering from a serious injury.
The call came in at 10:57 p.m. from the 3000 block of Clarence Avenue South in Stonebridge.
Responding officers found a 30-year-old man with life threatening injuries and despite lifesaving efforts by the Saskatoon Fire Department and Medavie Health Services West, he died.
Patrol officers as well as members of the Forensic Identification Section and the Major Crime Section are investigating. Next of kin have been notified, and the victim has been identified as Angose Standingwater.
