An R-C-M-P investigation into a Monday report of potential child luring in Warman has concluded that no luring incident occurred.
Warman R-C-M-P immediately responded to a report at about 3:30 Monday afternoon of a potential child luring on Peters Street.
They conducted extensive patrols and carried out a priority investigation that led to their determination, based on evidence collected, that no luring incident occurred, adding that the wanted to assure the community that no risk was identified.
However, R-C-M-P investigators are reminding parents to regularly discuss safety tips with their children, especially when it comes to reminding them to not go anywhere with someone they don’t know or trust and to report any suspicious activity to a trusted adult as soon as possible.
