Melfort RCMP have released a picture on a man believed to be involved in a robbery early Tuesday morning around 5 at a home on Stovel Street in that city. Police report that a male and female, both with firearms, entered a home, threatened the occupants and stole items including jewelry and car keys, and then fled in a vehicle stolen from outside.

The male is described as about six feet talk with a heavy build and he has some facial tattoos, which you can see with the picture in this story. The female is described as 5’5″ with a medium to heavy build. Both were wearing face coverings. They were travelling in a 2001 red Buick LeSabre, but that has since been recovered by police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Melfor RCMP or submit an anonymous tip through Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
