The northbound lanes of Circle Drive—between 33rd Street and Airport Drive—were closed for most of last week before finally reopening on Friday.
The closure was required while city crews repaired broken water mains.
However, a city spokesperson says it could be this time next week before water pressure returns to full capacity for customers west of Circle Drive and south of Airport Drive.
Flushing and testing need to be done and it takes several days to complete. Water is available and safe during this process—but pressure may continue to be impacted during the testing.
