Chuck Hainsworth holds the lead after one round, but defending champion Colin Coben is only one shot back at the Auto Clearing Senior Men’s Championship at Moon Lake.

Saskatoon shotsmith Hainsworth carded a two over-par 72 to sit one stroke ahead of Delisle’s Coben and Martin Ring of Prince Albert. Coben has won eight of the last 10 of these tournaments. In the Super Seniors Division, Estevan’s Pat Murphy shot a 77, two shots better than Bob Ferris of Saskatoon. Round two of the 54-hole stroke play event goes Wednesday.
