A fifth person has been arrested in the Prince Albert Police Service investigation into the death of Byron Bear. On December 6th of 2021, just after 4 in the morning, police responded to a report of gunshots in the 300 block of 9th Street East. Police say when officers arrived there was evidence of a serious assault but no victim.
Bear was later reported missing and his remains were found on February 10th near Hague.
Jackson Henry is charged with second degree murder and made his first court appearance this morning (Wed). The four others charged with second degree murder are 23-year-old Raine Farrow, 37-year-old Kyle Burns, 29-year-old Riley Primeau, and 30-year-old Daniel Oliver. Investigators don’t anticipate any further arrests.
