Update:  Tuesday morning RCMP report that Winston Jolibois has been located and is safe.

A 23-year-old La Loche man has been reported missing. RCMP say Winston Jolibois was last seen riding a bicycle in La Loche Sunday night around 8. Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers. Winston Jolibois is described as six feet tall, 143 pounds, brown eyes and short black hair.
