Saskatoon residents are seeing a 10 cent a litre jump in the price of regular unleaded at some gas stations.

On Monday GasBuddy.com reported that its daily survey of 81 outlets in Saskatoon on July 23 resulted in an average gas price of 149.16 cents per litre. Today (frid), you will see regular unleaded at 159.9 cents per litre.

Petroleum analyst at GasBuddy.com is Patrick DeHaan who had stated gasoline demand was now hitting its summer high and there remained some risks that could disturb gas prices in a sigificant way before summer’s end despite a remarkably quiet summer for gas prices which he said had been far less active than normal.
