Correctional Service Canada says an inmate from Willow Cree Healing Lodge has been located. Dane Woodward had been unlawfully at large at the minimum-security federal institution since May 9th. He was found Monday night by Buffalo Narrows RCMP.

The 30-year-old had been serving a 29 month sentence for robbery, driving while prohibited, two counts of flight from a peace officer, identity fraud with intention to gain advantage and failing to comply with a probation order. The Correction Service of Canada and Willow Cree Healing Lodge are investigating his escape. The Healing Lodge is on the Beardy’s and Okemasis’ Cree Nation near Duck Lake.
