An unusual call for RCMP to respond to in Yorkton on Tuesday. A 911 call came in regarding a bull that was loose in the eastern Saskatchewan city.
It was spotted on the Darlington overpass and a Yorkton Community Safety Officer was first on scene as well as the owner of the fully grown adult bull that was enjoying a taste of freedom.
According to a social media post the bull was safely placed in its owners’ trailer after a lengthy chase.
The City of Yorkton thanked the Community Safety Officer and the RCMP for helping round up the bull and get him back where he belonged.
