Health Canada is recalling Simplay3 Toddler Towers, model number 41807. The towers can tip over when being used, which poses fall and injury hazards to young children. As of Wednesday, the company had received one report of a tip over in Canada and two reports of injuries. The manufacturer based in the USA, says about 4,600 of these play towers were sold in Canada and over 108,000 in the United States between November of 2018 and June of this year.
