Estevan RCMP responded to a fuel truck rollover on Friday around 1 in the afternoon on Highway 18, just west of Outram. Police say the driver, a 60-year-old man from Montmartre, was pronounced dead at the scene. Estevan RCMP and a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist continue to investigate.
