No charges have been laid from the Regina Police investigation of a fatal accident involving a pedestrian and a truck Friday afternoon in the 1500 block of 7th Avenue East. The man was confirmed dead at the scene. Officers from the Traffic Safety Unit and Forensic Identification Unit conducted the investigation and say the driver of the truck was not at fault so there will be no charges laid.
