Earlier this week, Big River RCMP alerted the public that residents of Big River First Nation may notice an increased police presence as officers investigated several firearms-related incidents.
RCMP now report that a 23-year-old man is facing 29 charges in connection to this investigation.
They include discharging a firearm with intent, multiple counts of pointing a firearm and uttering threats, dangerous driving and aggravated assault.
There is a Saskatchewan-wide warrant for Tristan Whitefish’s arrest.

He is about 5’7″ and 170 pounds with dark hair and brown eyes, and tattoos on both temples.
