The Saskatoon Police Service is congratulating one of its police dog teams after taking first place in Agility in the Canadian Police Canine Association National Police Dog Championships in Barrie, Ontario. Police Service Dog Yanga and his handler, Constable Drew Dubnyk also placed second in Evidence Search, third in Obedience and fifth in Building Searches. That led to PSD Yanga winning the ‘Top Dog’ trophy, winning the overall competition. About 40 teams from across the country showed off their skills in this four-day event.
